From the front desk to the restaurant, every staff member exuded genuine friendliness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly special. the room we stayed in was a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, meticulously designed with a keen eye for detail. the cleanliness was outstanding, and the modern amenities such as the flat-screen TV and soundproofing ensured a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Istanbul's iconic landmarks. the air conditioning and comfortable beds provided a blissful night's sleep, while the private bathroom with a fabulous shower was a luxurious touch. We were delighted to discover that the hotel boasts a range of wellness facilities, including a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor pool, and hammam. Located in the charming Karakoy neighborhood, the hotel offered a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. We could easily explore popular points of interest nearby, such as the Galata Tower and Galata Port Mall, immersing ourselves in Istanbul's rich history and culture. the breakfast buffet, with its diverse options including vegetarian and vegan choices, was a delightful way to start each day on a delicious note.
