From the front desk to the restaurant, every staff member exuded genuine friendliness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly special. the room we stayed in was a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, meticulously designed with a keen eye for detail. the cleanliness was outstanding, and the modern amenities such as the flat-screen TV and soundproofing ensured a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Istanbul's iconic landmarks. the air conditioning and comfortable beds provided a blissful night's sleep, while the private bathroom with a fabulous shower was a luxurious touch. We were delighted to discover that the hotel boasts a range of wellness facilities, including a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor pool, and hammam.
